Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Actowers'             
shareholders will be held on Thursday, 26 August 2010 at 10:00 at Africa        
Cellular Corporate Park, 10 Tennyson Drive, Tulisa Park, Johannesburg, to       
transact the business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.    
The Annual Report will be posted to shareholders today, Friday 30 July 2010.    
The Annual Report contains no modifications to the audited condensed            
financial results which were published on Friday 21 May 2010.                   
A copy of the Annual Report will be available on the company's website          
www.africacellular.co.za on Monday, 2 August 2010.
